Special instructions for use: After you fill your incense burner with butane, let it stand for 5 minutes. Then fire-up while turning the dial on the bottom until the fire is normal. Adjust the fire size as needed. This needs to be done each time it’s filled with butane. The new butane needs time to mix with the old.

I bought this because I was getting tired of using a whole charcoal disc and my cauldron just to burn a little pinch of incense. This is perfect if you want to burn just a bit of incense or sage! It is discreet, portable, easy to handle and fun to use! A word of caution/advice if you burn resin: take it apart and wash the top half because the resin will get hard when this cools down at which point, will be hard to clean out. I had that happen but luckily I was able to wash and clean it so it looks practically new again. Otherwise, just stick to herb and powder incense with no resin! 🙂 Also, this uses butane not zippo fuel because butane refills have that injector to refill this at the bottom. You can’t do that with a zippo refill. Great buy and great value!

I used an incense cone and it works great. Reminds me of something the priest would use in church. Instead of holy water it throws smoke at ya. I found the perfect holder a candle holder!
