Yeas ago I had a piece of this tone that was heart shape and would use it to meditate; however, the piece got lost or stolen. I find that hypersthene helps with anxiety and complex PTSD. If I could find it as a stretch bracelet, I would get it. I use this stone also in my practice and also in my reiki practice for people and pets. Well worth the price.
