I’m absolutely obsessed with smudging. I smudge daily to purify my space, to clear low vibrations and dispel of stuck energies – and I designed this Deluxe Smudging Set to bring you everything you’ll need to incorporate this ancient practice into your very own spiritual work. Smudging is such an integral part of my magical practice, and I know that once you’ve experienced the power of this set, it will be integral to your practice, too.
The tools of this Deluxe Smudging Set
First, you will receive one (1) abalone shell. Abalone shells vibrate with potent Water magic will call emotional flow into your sacred space. These gorgeous, pearlescent shells are also fire resistant, making them the perfect tools to burn your smudge bundles upon.
Next, you will receive one (1) palo santo stick. Palo santo is a sacred healing wood from Peru that has been used as indigenous medicine by shamans and energy workers for generations. To use yours, light one end of the wood and let it smolder, until it fills your space with its healing smoke.
You will also receive one (1) handmade floral smudge bundle. This bundle was wrapped right here at SG Headquarters, with white sage leaves and dried seasonal flowers. The smoke of white sage is known to draw in positive spirits and discourage negativity. Burn this bundle whenever space feels stagnant or tense – doing so will allow space for positive energy to flow freely through.
Next, you will receive two (2) pieces of natural almandine garnet – one for you to hold in each hand during meditation. Known as the “Seer’s Stone”, almandine garnet brings forth wonderfully protective and nurturing energies. This gem has been worn throughout history by kings, queens, and warriors as a talisman of protection and esteem, and when used in meditation, it generates love, strength, self-worth, ancient wisdom, and deep, intuitive guidance.
You will also receive one (1) selenite stick. Selenite is known as The Happiness Stone. It raises the vibration in any space and attunes you to the consciousness of your Higher Self. Negative energy cannot persist in the vibrational presence of selenite – it powerfully purifies toxic energies, and brings light to darkness.
Lastly, you will receive one (1) piece of natural Himalayan salt. Himalayan salt balances the ionic energy in an atmosphere, helping to make your space feel less heavy and chaotic. It also balances the chakras and brings peace, protection, healing, and spirit connection.
