This custom, all-essential oil blend cut with jojoba is hand-crafted right here at Sage Goddess Headquarters. My Zen Tummy Blend combines herbs specifically chosen to relieve painful stomach issues. It contains notes of lavender for calming the nerves and easing pain, opoponax for inflammation and gently relaxing muscles, and chamomile to promote relaxation and help with cramping. In addition, each bottle is infused with a clear quartz chip stone to amplify the soothing and calming properties. Work with this blend to bring sweet relief to any stomach ailments you may have.

The deeper magic of my Zen Tummy Blend

Each oil in this blend was specifically curated for its healing properties and ability to ease stomach discomfort. Lavender has been used for remedial purposes since ancient times – both magically and medically. Up until World War I, lavender was used as a disinfectant for wounds and an antiseptic to sterilize hospital equipment. It even works to repel insects, ease aches and pains, and soothe sunburned skin. As an aromatherapy tool, lavender eases insomnia, headaches, menstrual problems, stomach ailments, and so much more. Opoponax is a natural oleo-gum resin much like myrrh or frankincense. The name itself comes from a variety of different sources, including the Anglo-Norman “opoponac” and the Latin “opoponax.” Opoponax is very similar to sweet myrrh. With its rich, balsamic aroma, opoponax oil is primarily used as an ingredient in perfumery and incense making. Like myrrh, opoponax has remarkable antiseptic and anti-parasitic properties, providing relief for inflammation and other stomach ailments. Chamomile is the name used for various daisy-like plants from the Asteraceae family, which are commonly used to make herb infusions that serve a wide range of medicinal purposes. The name itself has a long history, as it’s derived from the French, which has its roots in Latin and ultimately is derived from the Greek “khamaimelon,” which means earth apple. Chamomile has been used for centuries, primarily in teas. It is effective as a mild, relaxing sleep aid and can be used to help treat fevers, colds, stomach ailments, and as an anti-inflammatory.

Gently roll this Zen Tummy Blend over your tummy and rub it into the skin. You can also remove the roller and add some to your bath water. However you choose to work with yours, may it serve you well.
