When I was a little girl, my mother bought me an antique perfume bottle, and inside it was a few faded drops of a violet perfume that was likely many years old. I was enchanted by that smell, and remain enchanted by violets today.
It took me a year to find violet oil that was identical to the smell in that antique bottle, and when I did, I captured it for you. Violet is a scent from long ago, but it remains relevant today. Violets are flowers of peace and virtue, protection and affection. They bring sweetness and an echo of time gone by. Another era. A place and space our elders remember.
And this is the first time I am ever offering an alcohol-based, spray bottle of perfume. I find something so glamorous about spritzing perfume (not to mention it’s super convenient, too)! And you won’t have to worry about spilling any of it with these bottles, dear ones. The bottle is made from faceted glass, reminiscent of gemstones, and it reminds me of the one that my mother’s violet-scented perfume came in all those years ago…Each bottle also has an amethyst point inside of it, to add calm, balance, and peace to your fragrance.
