I was having a corporate stress related bout of heartburn which 3D meds were not shifting. I meditated with this in my left (receiving) hand (originally for peace and wisdom) and felt guided to place it on the spot of greatest discomfort. The pain eased almost immediately, and was much reduced for the next 24 hours. It is now gone, and I feel so much calmer and more able to step back into the 3D world tomorrow.
(Oh, I had the Strength Beebop in my other hand).
I love this stone and can’t put it down now it’s found me at last. Why can’t I give it more than 5 stars?
