This is the first time I have offered tumbled catlinite. I discovered it at the Tucson Gem Show and was absolutely drawn to it, compelled to take it home – it was one of those rare finds I had yet to work with. Once the vendor imparted his wisdom about this richly red gem, I understood why it had called to me: catlinite is a highly spiritual stone used traditionally in Native American ceremony; as you may know, I am deeply in touch with my Native American roots. The customs of my ancestors are a timeless and boundless gift to my spiritual practice. This gem has quickly become a prized treasure to me, and I know it will be for you too.
Catlinite creates a bridge from the corporeal plane to the spiritual realm, grounding the practices of prayer, ritual, and ceremony into physical daily living. This stone brings about communication and connection with your spirit guides and ancestors. It is a protector. It is the fully realized and balanced expression of the duality of the physical and the spiritual planes.
Use this stone in meditations and journeys when you seek ancient wisdom from beyond the Veil, while remaining firmly grounded. Open yourself to the messages it has for you.
