The deeper magic of this Courage and Confidence Smudging Set

Since ancient times, our ancestors have burned sacred herbs and resins, believing the sacred smoke to raise vibrations, dispel negativity, and assist with spiritual work. Today, we know this process as smudging, and it remains a critical first step in any sacred ritual. I smudge daily to purify my sacred space before ritual, ceremony, or meditation. It’s an integral part of my spiritual practice – in fact, it’s what this community was built upon!

You will receive the following:

One (1) smudge bundle made of sunflowers and sage (about 4”). The sunflower consistently turns its head to find the sunlight, which is why it’s so deeply connected with the Sun and all solar deities. It receives the light, embodies it, and reflects it outwards. The medicine of the sunflower teaches you to look around and receive your blessings so you can shine your light from the inside out, and inspire others to do the same. Sage is a sacred herb that’s been used for centuries by elders to draw positive spirits and discourage the presence of any unwanted energy. Most people find the scent grounding and centering. Burn this smudge bundle to invite positive energy into your home.

One (1) smudge bundle made of yerba santa and sage (about 4”). Yerba santa means “blessed herb,” and is also known as “sacred herb.” This herb has a pleasant, uplifting scent and is considered sacred in Spanish and indigenous American cultures. It’s protective, healing, spiritually strengthening, and purifying. Yerba santa enhances courage, helps you connect to your innermost self, and is an excellent herb for shamanic journey. One (1) Manipura infused palo santo stick (about 3”). Palo santo is physically and spiritually cleansing, enhances clarity, restores tranquility, promotes joy, and inspires creativity. These palo santo sticks are engraved with the words “Strength Courage Wisdom”. They’re also infused with my Manipura Perfume – a scent created to support the Solar Plexus with notes of lavender for peace, fennel for confidence, myrrh for manifestation, and helichrysum for healing.

One (1) clear quartz point (about 1-1.5”). Clear quartz amplifies, magnifies, and you can program it to do almost anything. This gem activates the Soul Star Chakra, your connection to the stars, and other dimensions. Crystal points are great tools for directing energy. They harness the output of energy, and you can work with them to send that energy wherever desired or needed.

At Sage Goddess, we only use sustainably sourced palo santo wood and oils. Our Peruvian partners only harvest wood that has died naturally and has been dead for at least 5 years. We never harm living trees! The dead wood is collected, cleaned, and cut by hand. In addition, we are committed to replanting trees in the forests where we find our wood. This ensures that our palo santo forests are not susceptible to over-harvesting.

The sage in these bundles is sourced from a family-owned and operated farm in the high desert mountains of San Diego County, where wild white sage grows naturally. This farm is the only certified organic grower of white sage in the United States, so rest assured that these bundles were produced sustainably and organically! Additionally, this farm is far from urban areas, and thus, the air surrounding it is fresh – free of pollution. The water on the farm has lots of minerals that white sage requires to thrive; this water originally flushed the roots of desert plants like salvia apiana before becoming part of the natural aquifers in this region. Enjoy this sacred sage bundle, grown, sourced, and crafted with love just for you.
