This Simmer Down gemstone trio battles the hormones and signals that tell your body to enter a state of panic, worry, or fear. Your Central Nervous System controls your entire body and if it is out of alignment your entire being may be in disarray. It is my intention that the gemstones in this trio bring you peace and alignment where you need it, and help you to simmer down!
The stones in my Simmer Down gemstone trio
First is fluorite, the great pathing stone which reveals soul purpose. This gem helps you align with your intentions, clears obstacles to your dreams, and helps you focus, which eases anxiety.
Next in the trio is lepidolite, which treats anxiety and depression, relieves stress, enables restful sleep, and facilitates dream recall. This gem is meant to be rubbed in order to release its micanized lithium safely into your skin.
Last comes blue chalcedony, the stone of anger management, forgiveness, reconciliation, and inner peace. It emits a very gentle vibration and calls in alignment with the highest good of all.
