October 2015 Gem Wise Gemstone Set for focus and manifestation

This is the new October Gem Wise gemstone set for those enrolled in my Magical Sabbatical, Circle, and Pentacle programs. We study one gorgeous set of stones each month aligned to the broader theme of our Sabbatical work that season; this gem set for our meeting in October is for manifestation.

I have been talking a lot in my groups lately about the power of gratitude in magic. The law of attraction is completely real, and implies that we draw to us what type of energy we put out in the world. By creating our reality with our thoughts, we can manifest a beautiful life for ourselves, just as long as we are putting the right energy outward, treating others with the same respect we’d wish for ourselves to be treated, and expressing the thankfulness we have for all of our blessings. This set was created to help you through these processes, while being mindful of the law of attraction. When we approach situations in our lives from a place of benevolence, we can expect to manifest our dreams in the most magical of ways.

I’ve started off this set with a piece of natural orchid calcite. Orchid calcite is orange calcite’s more powerful and rooted sister stone. It is a stone of flow and manifestation. Some call it the Birthing Stone because it brings matter into being. This stone will help you tap into the Universe’s well of energy, and make things happen in your life.

Next, I have included a tumbled piece of sardonyx. A combination of onyx and carnelian, this stone has vibrations of happiness and optimism. Sardonyx can help you to find your soul path of Highest Good. It stimulates the mind, increasing mental discipline and focus so that we may discover what we seek. It’s an excellent gemstone to use when studying, or when you need to focus on a task – and it ignites creativity. Sardonyx is an ally during the learning process, boosting motivation and willpower to accomplish what lies before us. It activates the root chakra. Yet sardonyx is not solely beneficial to the mind. It is a stone of happiness, one that fills you with a positive energy that attracts new relationships and friendships. Sardonyx brings lasting joy and stability to these relationships, helping them to thrive over time.

Third in the set is a tumbled banded carnelian, the gem form of caffeine. When I need a boost of extra energy, this is the first stone I turn to. It brings me stamina and encouragement to keep going even when the going is rough. Carnelian is a sacral chakra stone par excellence, opening that center of creativity wide to help you birth your creations in the world. This is a stone of fire, creativity, passion, sexual energy, and fortitude. It’s a sacred boost of vitality that pushes you to get things done, create what needs to become, and move forward in your life.

The next stone in this set is a natural orange kyanite, also for vision and resourcefulness. It clears, activates, and balances the sacral chakra to get your imagination working and the creativity flowing. All forms of kyanite are stones of raised vibrations, but orange in particular is uplifting to the mood, bringing increased optimism and turning thoughts positive.

Then, I have included a tumbled tangerine aura quartz. This stone is created when clear quartz is treated with gold and iron. Tangerine aura has a pulsating energy, vibrates at a high frequency, and encourages you through your spiritual practices and lessons. It is ideal for meditation and self-reflection. Tangerine aura heals your third eye, especially if you’ve experienced a struggle on your soul path. This stone will bring light to solemnity, and inspire your life-force energy. It increases your alertness, and lends a sense of optimism to the bearer. Tangerine aura cleanses your energy meridians and stimulates creativity. It also improves mental clarity and focus.

And lastly, a natural piece of tektite. This extraterrestrial matter is formed when a large object encounters the Earth’s surface, such as during a meteor strike. Molten power hardens this stone, which contains within it known and unknown matter. Under particle microscope, you’ll find quartz and agate along with unidentified material. It’s literally an otherworldly gem. Tektite is known for raising energetic vibrations and aura strengthening. It is a beneficial stone for spiritual growth.
