When the Moon is new, we are invited to make wishes, set intentions, and anchor space for new beginnings. For ages, the New Moon has been associated with new beginnings, and is the best time for initiating new ideas, projects, and goals. When the Moon is new, it is moving from darkness to a thin crescent in the sky, reflecting growth in its earliest stages. This is the time to initiate the cycle of manifestation, filled with inspiration and creativity, giving yourself the freedom to follow your instincts and try things out. You don’t need to know the final form your creative impulse will take – it (you) are in the process of becoming.

When the New Moon transits Aquarius, she seeks objectivity, progression, liberation, innovation, and world-mindedness. Aquarius is the Water Bringer (not a water sign) and pours new life into that which has become too dry, barren, or rigid. The Star Tarot card corresponds with Aquarius, and The Star brings hope, healing, and renewed life. The Moon represents our sense of belonging, roots, emotional attachments, nurturing, and private life (what we call home, and when/how we feel at home). Aquarius draws these things into a broader and much less personal realm. With this New Moon, there is great potential to change our definitions of home – to feel more at home in our authentic selves – more at home “away from home” – with a new sense of belonging to humanity and something that transcends our biological/genetic makeup.

The tools in my New Moon in Aquarius Set: Inspired Change and Liberation

First, you will receive one (1) 15 ml bottle of my Liberation Perfume. Liberation is a new blend that calls you to awaken and free yourself. This uplifting fragrance carries notes of fir, ginger, and clary sage. Fir is grounding, empowering, and releasing – grounding the body and empowering the mind. Ginger brings liberation, optimism, courage, and empathy. Clary sage awakens the angelic realm of the subconscious, bringing harmony and purpose. It brings the wisdom of “the sages”. Each bottle comes infused with two chip stones for further amplification: green aventurine and smoky quartz.

Next in this set is a gorgeous 8″ beeswax Liberation Candle in shades of aqua and lavender. Each candle is hand-rolled with green aventurine and smoky quartz chip stones, and anointed with my Liberation Perfume. Green aventurine is the stone of prosperity, fertility, growth, and abundance. Smoky quartz transforms and transmutes energies – it’s a great protector, purifier, and gatekeeper – a perfect companion through times of change. Smoky quartz also makes you more likely to see ghosts, fairies, life from other planets, and spirit guides, as it draws these beings down to our level of perception. Your candle will also come with a custom blessing you can recite to invoke the New Moon’s potent energy.

Botswana agate brings peaceful change and transformation. Botswana agate is a gentle stone for transformation and manifestation. It helps you bring your unique gifts forward in the world and invokes the Muse to support you as you engage your creative spirit. All agates are gentle, kind spirits that offer you refuge and comfort. Each has unique markings, and it’s said that the markings on your piece have messages for you about how to use your creative gifts in the world – to be of service to those around you.

Chrysocolla is a gem of freedom and helps you find your voice and individuality. Chrysocolla grows with malachite, smoky quartz, and shattuckite – a collection of intensely healing stones with unparalleled energetic vibrations. Keep it near your workspace or with you when you interact with others, as it will help summon the courage necessary to express yourself freely, and will allow you to communicate with enthusiasm, wisdom, and force of spirit.

Green amethyst aids you in the process of bringing the ideas of your spirit, your Divine Self, to light. Green amethyst (Prasiolite), a light green form of amethyst from Brazil, a stone transformed by fire. This gem begins its life as a form of amethyst, and, as it encounters great heat, changes color from purple to green. Its incredible metamorphosis explains why prasiolite is a catalyst for its bearer, spurring spiritual growth.

Bronzite palm stone enables you to gracefully surrender to change. Bronzite carries the medicine of letting go with grace. It helps you navigate through the transitions of life, and to see the benefit in releasing what you must let go. Bronzite encourages you to keep moving forward, and instills a deep sense of faith. This palm stone is printed with a very special SG designed sigil, standing for change, liberation, and the beauty of setting oneself free.
