My Mindful Mist contains notes of rose and lavender – sources of deep peace, joy, and love. Each bottle is also infused with a clear quartz chip stone to amplify these centering properties. The deeper magic of my Mindful Mist
My Mindful Mist is a blend of lavender and rose. Lavender essential oil is the queen of all oils and brings honest communication and authentic expression. Its sweet herbal fragrance welcomes internal peace, a calm mind and relaxes the physical state. Rose is a flower of promises, new beginnings, hope, and healing and promotes happiness and commitment. The scent of roses is common in the presence of the supernatural. Rose helps relieve stress, tension, and fear and is also protective and balancing.
To me, mindfulness means more than being centered and aligned in your chakras. It’s a highly therapeutic ritual technique that teaches us how to be fully present in the here and now, to accept ourselves and all our emotions, feel them, and let our thoughts pass through the mind objectively, all while being consciously aware. To live in a state of enlightened mindfulness is to be in a state of being without judgment. May this mist bless your practice with a balanced and present state of awareness.
