You all know that I’m a firm believer in the power of smudging. Smudging, the burning of sacred herbs and resins, is perhaps the most time-tested method for energetically cleansing a space. For millennia, our ancestors have believed that the sacred smoke that arises when we smudge raises vibrations and assists with magic. This ancient practice clears negativity and dispels of stuck energies – which is why I partake in it daily before ritual, ceremony, and meditation.
