This piece is a form of pottery called “raku” and part of our exclusive collection that we at Sage Goddess have come to refer to as “bee bops.” Raku is a type of low-firing process similar to Japanese pottery firing. In western-style raku, the pottery is removed from the kiln while it’s at its hottest and placed into a container with combustible material. This little pop of color is hand-made, hand-painted, and the colors will vary – each one is unique! Please allow my team to intuitively choose the one meant for you.
