The Hunab Ku, the core sign of the sacred Mayan calendar, is a doorway, also known as galactic butterflies, thought to be the system that coordinates star systems. Hunab means One state of Being and Ku means God – You are One with God.

When you enter the Hunab Ku, you become aware of the wholeness that exists in everything, As Above, So Below – the interconnectedness of all. One side of the Hunab Ku contains the essence of the other side within it, and vice versa. It represents the joining of opposites, masculine and feminine, yin and yang, dark and light.

How to use this Hunab Ku art

The Hunab Ku is also known as the Hopi Sipapu, a tunnel or passage linking different worlds. It is a stargate.

Use this Hunab Ku art in meditation. Place the image in front of you and memorize the pattern with your physical eyes, focus especially in the center of the image. Then close your eyes and bring the image to the forefront of your Third Eye. Imagine crossing through the very center of the Hunab Ku as if crossing through a doorway. Invite your Higher Self, ancestors, and spirit guides to help you cross into the Higher Dimensions and ask them a question for which you would like an answer. Allow the answers to be shown to you, and complete the meditation with gratitude for the wisdom shared with you by your Higher Self, ancestor, and spirit guides.
