First let me admit I did not read the description when I bought this stone. However I sure did run to it after. When I felt a release, and an opening. I felt myself release the restraints I had on what I allowed myself to talk about. Then I felt myself open to the possibility that I could heal. I felt myself release the doubt, and open to the possibility. It’s a work in progress, but my childhood trauma doesn’t stand a chance.
