Just like a plunge into the icy blue Arctic Sea, this rare Tumbled Blue Ice Glacierite from Indonesia awakens the senses, reinvigorates the spirit, and inspires positive energy flow. Blue ice glacierite is a new discovery in the gem world, and it’s our very first time offering it in the shop! It’s named for its resemblance to the stunning blue ice glaciers of Antarctica and the northern seas. Like the natural phenomena that give it its name, blue ice glacierite seems to glow from within with dazzling shades of snowy white and cobalt blue that fade into a deep, rich black. Also like the ancient and awe-inspiring glaciers that rise out of the cold water, this gem inspires depth, contemplation, and meditation, activating the Third Eye Chakra and expanding awareness.
Blue ice glacierite is a newly discovered stone from Indonesia — a beautifully unexpected byproduct of the smelting process. Like sapphire and amethyst, it’s a member of the aluminum oxide family, bringing enhanced intuition.
