Tis the season for shadow work, and this Mini Snowflake Obsidian Sphere is the perfect addition to your Samhain altar. This sphere was custom-made for Sage Goddess, and don’t let its size fool you! Snowflake obsidian is a powerful gem for shadow work, integrating what’s been hidden or repressed. It gets its distinctive spots from tiny, white cristobalite crystals. As the obsidian lava cools and hardens, the cristobalite crystals form and grow in a pattern resembling snowflakes. Add this offering to your altar or space to imbue the season’s vibes!

Snowflake obsidian is an amorphous stone formed from the rapid cooling of lava, which allows for minimal crystallization.
