I bought jute cord and I use it to suspend this heart over the front of my body near the chakras.
As a man, I have never been into any jewelry. I perceive this as a tool. I wear it between my hoody and T-shirt.
I am convinced that amethyst is a super powerful tool. I just tell it to do the job that God gave it in my life.
When I am done wearing it I place it in a bowl of sea salt near my sacred space for a long while. Then I wear it again or store it.
