Limpia Mist

My Limpia Mist was hand-crafted right here at Sage Goddess Headquarters and is a go-to blend for cleansing and protection. The word limpia means “to cleanse” and this mist was inspired by sacred “Limpia” ceremonies held in Mexico. These ceremonies take place before ritual and are intended to call in your ancestors and cleanse you and your space in preparation for spiritual work. Limpia Mist is infused with my Limpia Perfume and will help you purify your body and space as you prepare for shadow season. In it, you’ll find notes of balsam copaiba for grounding, tagetes for purification, white sage for clearing, rose absolute for love, palo santo for healing, tulsi for releasing, and rue for protection, and infused with an obsidian chip stone for an added dose of protection. Work with this mist to call forth support and guidance, especially on Samhain – when the veil is the thinnest and your connection with the ancestral realms is stronger than ever. 

The deeper magic of my Limpia Mist

My Limpia Mist is crafted with notes of balsam copaiba, tagetes, white sage, rose absolute, palo santo, tulsi, and rue. Balsam copaiba is supportive, grounding, and empowering. It’s balancing, uplifting, and purifies surrounding energy. Balsam copaiba also detoxifies, heals, and eases stress and tension. Tagetes, also known as calendula or marigold, is a powerful healing herb that is detoxifying and purifying. It helps to repair the aura and brings protection. White sage is a sacred herb that’s been used for centuries by elders to clear and consecrate space. The smoke of ceremonial white sage, in particular, is said to draw positive spirits and discourage the presence of any unwanted energy.

Rose encourages soul connection and opens channels of receptivity. It’s a flower of promises, new beginnings, hope, and healing, and promotes happiness and commitment. Rose helps relieve stress, tension, and fear, and is also protective and balancing. Palo santo is physically and spiritually cleansing, enhances clarity, restores tranquility, promotes joy, and inspires creativity. Palo santo also deepens your connection with Source and enhances meditation. Tulsi, also known as holy basil, encourages you to release old patterns that no longer serve you and enhances feelings of satisfaction. It’s also clearing and brings calm and good luck. In ancient medicine, the rue herb was used as an antidote for poison. It’s purifying and protective and enhances visioning.
