Dieta Perfume

I am so excited to bring you my new Dieta Perfume, designed to help you connect to the energy of spiritual preparation ahead of any sacred shamanic journey or spiritual process. I am preparing for my first deep spiritual journey since 2019, and the process of preparing (which means clearing and cleansing the body, mind, and spirit) is a multifaceted experience. Part of the process is a literal diet, changing the foods and drinks you ingest to align you to a higher vibration. But part of the process is energetic, and I work with the exact essential oils I’ve included in this new and limited edition blend to prepare for my own experience.

This perfume was handcrafted right here at Sage Goddess Headquarters with notes of pink lotus, frankincense, myrrh, sandalwood, black agarwood, Balm of Gilead, and amyris. I’ve suspended it all in abyssinian carrier oil, which is softer and gentler than your typical jojoba oil – allowing for gentle preparation for your journey. Every bottle is also infused with a rose quartz chip stone, for added heart-healing. Each of the oils in Dieta Perfume carries a specific frequency designed to raise my vibration (and yours) to a specific level where we can hear, sense, see, and feel our connection to spirit guides, ancestors, and plant teachers clearly. You can apply Dieta Perfume any time, but right now in my world I will use one drop in the morning upon waking, one at midday when I eat my main meal, and another right before bedtime to adjust my set and setting to the perfect energetic frequency so I have an optimal experience when I journey.

The magic of my Dieta Perfume lies in its ingredients. Pink lotus is sacred in Buddhist traditions and brings heart-centered energies of purity, enlightenment, and rebirth. It boosts fertility, attracts prosperity, and allows the inner being to bloom. Frankincense is protective, grounding, and purifying. It transports you into deeper meditative states and connects you to Source energy. It also promotes feelings of satisfaction and peace and reduces stress. Myrrh links with the pathway of the soul.
