The tools in my Cosmic Comfort kit were intended to help you infuse our planet with a greatly needed dose of comfort and tranquility. The first tool in your Cosmic Comfort kit is a tan, suede Om medicine bag. Om is a mystic syllable, considered the most sacred mantra in Hinduism and Tibetan Buddhism. It appears at the beginning and end of most Sanskrit recitations, prayers, and texts. Om is part of the iconography found in ancient and medieval era manuscripts, temples, monasteries and spiritual retreats in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism.
