I love these little balls. I hold one in each hand when my neck pain gets really bad and they work amazingly well. And I have tried a lot of different things! They help to move that trapped, pinched energy in my neck. I keep the little ones at work and the big boys at home.

I love these little copper mudra balls- they are perfect for tucking away in my bra or pocket without weighing me down and providing healing and pain relief. Because they are spherical, they radiate in all directions- which is exactly what I need because I was dealing with frozen shoulder/shoulder pain and foot pain. I also have the larger big brother (purchased back in December) which I will use to physically roll over the muscles in my shoulder, arm and wrist during the day and then at night, sleep with it next to my foot. They really work! I also use my little copper buddies on my nightstand health and vitality grid.
