I got this lovely balm in the Lammas set, but I would purchase it on it’s own after using it and falling in love. I happened to bruise my shoulder and have been using it for pain relief. I’m sure something with wintergreen would have more pain relief qualities. However, I love this balm because it chills out my mood while it is healing me. It is very skin softening. It smells warm, like summer and sunflowers in the garden. I find the scent to be gentle, but long lasting.
