This African green tourmaline is truly a stone of Mother Gaia. The dark, deep greens and brownish hues found in these pieces are reminiscent of the colors of the earthy forests and arid, desert plains. Tourmaline can be found all over the world and in various forms, but these gorgeous pieces are from Africa. And they are rare.
A renowned stone for metaphysical work, African green tourmaline is protective, grounding, gentle, and comforting. Ancient legend says that tourmaline comes in all colors, because it once travelled along a rainbow to come to us, collecting all the rainbow’s colors in the process. Working with African green tourmaline
African green tourmaline is a close relative of pink tourmaline, so it resonates intimately with the Heart Chakra. As the masculine counterpart to the feminine energy of pink tourmaline, it will infuse your self-empowerment with delicious power. Green tourmaline helps enhance vitality, stamina, and energy during physical activities. Basically, it evokes the warrior’s within you. In turn, it can help you overcome fear, and help you to remain present during confrontation and fearful situations.
