Steps to Participate in our live Gemstone Sale on YouTube:
Step 1
RSVP on our event page to receive notifications and let us know that you are attending. To RSVP just click the “Going” tab at the top of the event page.
Step 2
You must have a YouTube account to participate in the live Gemstone sale. To create a YouTube account, go to YouTube.com and click “Sign In.”
From this menu, to create an account, click “More Options” and then “Create Account.”
Step 3
On the day of the event, we will post a link to our YouTube video in the event page an hour before the event goes live. This link will be pinned to the top of the event page under the “Discussion” tab.
On your desktop, the chat box is located to the right of the video screen. You must be signed into your YouTube account to participate.
On your mobile device, there will be an arrow with the words “Top chat” at the bottom of your screen. Click this tab and the live chat will appear. You must be signed into YouTube to comment.
Once the live gemstone sale begins, please follow the following rules:

- You must wait until we list the name and price of the item before commenting.

- Team SG will type out the name and the price in the YouTube Live chat and THEN you can comment “SOLD, Item Name”

- Winners will be selected on a first comment basis. They will have to say SOLD and name of the gemstone specimen they want to purchase. Comments that only say SOLD without any other identifier will not be counted.
- Winners should only comment SOLD and the name of the gemstone specimen they want once. Multiples for items will not be awarded.

- Winners will be announced after each bid and tagged in the Live chat.
- 5.) Winners will then be sent an invoice from SageGoddess.com, which must be completed in 24 hours. To receive an invoice make sure you have updated your account information and added your social handles.To update your account:
1) Visit the “My Account” tab.
2) Click on “Account Details”
3) Add your YouTube account name to the designated area.
4) Click “Save Changes”
Remember, chat speeds are based on internet connection. What you see on your feed may differ from ours. If your video is buffering or the chat doesn’t match the video, refreshing may help.
Once the LIVE sale has ended, our event moderators will post a full list of all the items sold alongside the name of the winner. In order for event moderators to be able to tag and notify the winners in the post, winners must have RSVP’d to the event page.
