Calling in the Hive

Goddess Guide Calling in the Hive Feature

Calling in the Hive

Our planet is evolving, and energies are coming up for healing. Have you noticed? That means what YOU need to heal is also coming up for transformation and transmutation as well. This can be a solitary process because soul work by definition happens in a way that shifts you from within. Solitary work, though, comes with a common price tag: Human loneliness. Loneliness is not the same as being alone; when you are lonely you feel isolated, misunderstood, and disconnected. It is the opposite of what is actually true – you cannot be separated from life, from Source, from anyone else. And yet all too often in periods of big soul growth can feel like a desert, even when you’re surrounded by people. Loneliness can arise from not connecting with others, but also from not living in your truth or being who you truly are. Loneliness is a sign that you are ready for connection, to share your lived spiritual experiences with others. But where to begin? Especially if your beliefs and experiences are not easy for you to understand. If you’ve been looking for a sense of community and someplace to belong, ask yourself: Do you know who you are? And more importantly, do you know what you seek or what you are attracting either subconsciously or consciously into your life? What do you have to share with others? Are you really showing up? If you want life to show up for you, you have to show up for it.

People aren’t meant to be alone – we are inherently interdependent. That is our beauty. Think about people, like yourself, who want to belong. If you find the strength to open up and fully express yourself to others, you become a beacon of light that attracts the things you seek. People can see you, connect with you, and be inspired by you. Then you will have found your community, your hive, and your hive will have found you.

Welcome to the Hive

I refer to our Sage Goddess tribe as the Hive because it connects us to powerful bee magic. Bees have long represented feminine power and teamwork. They risk their lives protecting their Hive, which symbolizes loyalty and courage. Worker bees, all of which are female, collectively come together to build one of nature’s most sacred shapes, the honeycomb. Mythologically, honey symbolizes the sweet, life-giving source of all energy. The hexagonal shapes within the honeycomb have six sides, a number associated with love and the sacred goddess Venus.

How to recognize members of your Hive

The members of your Hive are your true sisters and they aren’t afraid to call you out on your bullshit! These are the women who know you inside and out and also know their own flaws, faults, and fears so they won’t be projecting them onto you. They know your faults and love you more for them, and they expect the same from you. Here it’s okay to love deeper than usual, with less hesitation than usual, because you are safe in the embrace of your Hive. These women will be the ones walking through the flames right alongside you, squeezing your hand tighter when you start to feel the heat.

  1. Thank you for this. I need a hive sister. I often find it hard to connect its women :/ or have that special gf that understands and gets me. I’ll be looking at groups 🙂
