September 2018 Sabbatical Set – Magic of Rome: Veritas, Speak Your Truth

This year in Magical Sabbatical, we are exploring “A World of Magic.” Each month, we learn about the magical practices of a different civilization. Our exploration spans from ancient to contemporary times. Together, we tap into the power of these magical societies, infusing our own modern practices with their ancient magic. Included in our discovery are each culture’s associated myths and lore that have captivated imaginations for ages.

This September, we are exploring the spiritual energy of the ancient Roman civilization. Our September 2018 Sabbatical Set – Magic of Rome: Veritas, Speak Your Truth is filled with tools intentionally chosen to help you invoke your deepest truths.

Veritas, the Roman goddess of truth is often depicted nude, holding a hand mirror. She was sculpted to form by Prometheus to instill the spirit of truth and justice into the Roman people. Ancient Romans believed mirrors were the access to Veritas, as they reveal every flaw and beauty. They believed they had the power to penetrate the self through interior thought. Romans believed in the immortality of the soul, and it was essential that the soul was not tarnished when it reached judgment in the afterworld. Truth was and is the only road to freedom.

Now, I will not reveal too much here, because we are waiting with anticipation to explore the stories and uses of these special products in our classroom this September. This is a special discussion that you won’t want to miss!

Each set comes with:

One (1) 15 ml bottle of Veritas Perfume, blended with notes of tulsi, neroli, ylang ylang, and jasmine to assist you in bringing your inner truth to existence by activating your Throat Chakra. Each bottle is infused with a clear quartz chip stone to magnify every intention.

One (1) 6 oz Truth Candle, hand-poured with grey soy wax, blended with Veritas Perfume and topped with dried jasmine flowers. My Truth Candle is also infused with a clear quartz chip stone to amplify and magnetize its properties.

One (1) optical calcite (about 1″). Optical calcite is known as a happiness stone that brings peace. It is also an amplifier and raises vibrations. Optical calcite can be used as an energy dispersing and clearing tool. This stone powerfully takes in your energy and sends it out in dual directions.
