I layer this perfume with other perfumes. I really like the intention and idea behind this perfume, and I feel a strong connection to Greek deities, which is another reason I wanted it. I don’t think I could wear it on it’s own–it’s floral with citrus, but it’s a bit strong. I tone it down with other perfumes and it blends beautifully.

My first introduction to this scent was from a soap sample, which I absolutely became enamored with…..and enticed me to order the perfume! My perfume arrived yesterday- this is a very lovely scent and I am looking forward to wearing it.

This is right in line with my normal perfume repertoire. It’s feminine, floral and sensual. It exudes confidence and feminine power. My husband loves it and I will definitely be wearing this frequently! It’s a great scent to bring in spring and summer but there’s a little “something” that would make it a total year round scent. A must have for anyone who loves floral scents.

This was a hit. Bought it for my friend for her bday and all the other girls at the party put it on too. We couldn’t take our wrists away from our nose. It is such a sexual scent!

I ordered this scent because I graduated from university in December, have never really been a perfume person anymore, and just wanted something a little more…adult, I suppose. Something that would make me feel like an empowered, beautiful woman as I faced the world with the doubts and insecurities that come with graduation and job hunts.
I wear this every day. Sometimes, alongside a solid perfume my mom gave me awhile back that smells like fig. I’ve also used it to anoint some items, the roller ball applicator is pretty handy for that.
This scent is STRONG, definitely lasts throughout the day. I’ve so far gotten one comment from a coworker: said they don’t usually like perfume, but this one smells good, and smells very natural.
And the packaging? Wow! It’s not the type of thing I generally care about, and this is the only time I’ve ordered from Sage Goddess so far, but I have to say I was blown away. There was obviously care put into the package and delivery of the item–sweet little notes, pretty wrapping paper, a sample perfume, and even another stone for prosperity (it’s like they knew I was just graduated from university and searching for a job!) packaged in it’s own bag with a little leaf of sage.
So in short: this perfume is strong, but smells great. It makes me feel great, and self-assured. And I very much got the impression Sage Goddess takes pride in their work. If this doesn’t convince you, here’s what might: I’m usually too lazy to ever write a review, but I took the time to write this one.

At first I wasn’t too keen on it, it’s a scent that just gets right in your face and makes itself known to you. This perfume definitely makes itself known. So I wore it later on and slowly fell in love. It’s exactly what I had hope spellbound to be but wasn’t. It smells like stargazer lillies and lemons and oranges. Just super alluring and with presence. You will definitely not be forgotten wearing this perfume~

Well, I may have spoken too soon when I said that my signature scent could never be replaced – see my review for Moonlight perfume – because Aphrodite is such an incredible fragrance! This is very different from Moonlight, but it is definitely going to be my newest signature and favorite scent. It’s impossible to describe this one, so I’m not even going to attempt it. This is just an unbelievable fragrance that absolutely channels/carries the energy of the Goddess Aphrodite. Which is why I purchased it to begin with. I had no idea how it was going to smell, but didn’t care because I wanted a scent association that would connect me to the Goddess’ energy. Since this perfume not only does that, but also smells phenomenal, it is something I must have always! Would love to see it as a bath salt, candle, etc. I hope SG decides to make many more Aphrodite products; I will get all the things <3
