West – Black tourmaline. Black tourmaline is the protection stone par excellence, and creates an energy shield around you, deflecting negative energy and sealing holes in your auric space. This stone will prevent energy bleeding or energy depletion if you have sources of energy drain in your life. It will also work to prevent nightmares, and just generally keep you feeling safe and well.
