Bending Time Yule Kit

What if I told you that time is an illusion and you have the power to bend it? I created my Bending Time Yule Kit to accompany this year’s Yule Ritual and help you shift your perception of time, free yourself from imagined constraints, and become fully present in every moment of your life! The ancient Greeks had two words for time – ‘chronos’ and ‘kairos.’ Chronos is chronological time – time that can be measured by a clock. Kairos, on the other hand, measures moments rather than seconds. While chronos is calculated and finite, kairos is fluid and unending – experienced and lived rather than counted.

Many of us are taught to believe that time is a trap – we feel restless when it seems that time is moving too slowly or anxious when it seems that it’s moving too fast. By shifting from chronos to kairos time, you can let go of those feelings of entrapment and enter a ‘flow state’ – a state of being where you’re fully immersed in the present moment and unencumbered by worries about the past or future.

This kit has everything you’ll need to make the shift: One rotating hourglass, one iridescent glass cube, and a set of stones for decorating your hourglass, including afghanite, golden healer danburite, purple spinel, red zircon, and two angel aura blue kyanite spears. You’ll also receive a bottle of my Kairos Perfume, a bottle of my Chronos Perfume, and a hand-poured intention candle. Together, we’ll work with these tools to bend time and embrace a life of greater presence, joy, and spiritual connection.

The deeper magic of my Bending Time Yule Kit

Yule is such a sacred and powerful time – the perfect day for making our shift from chronos to kairos time. Also known as the Winter Solstice, Yule marks the longest night of the year. The roots of Yule are of Pagan tradition, where the Wheel of the Year guides us through the ever-turning passage of time. Every year as the Earth follows her path around the Sun, so too does the great wheel make its rotation. Yule is at once our point of completion and renewal, death and rebirth.

With my Bending Time Yule Kit, you will receive the following:

One (1) rotating hourglass (about 4.5×10.5”). This hourglass is timed to measure 30 minutes. It’s made of glass and metal alloy with a gold finish and filled with golden sand. Turn the hourglass sideways, and you’ll have a powerful visual representation of you pausing chronos time and shifting to kairos.

One (1) iridescent glass cube (about 2.5×2.5 cm), custom-made just for Sage Goddess with aura-treated glass. We’ve also included a waxed black cord so that you have the option to wear it as a pendant. The cube, or hexahedron, is a universal sacred shape – one of the Platonic Solids. It’s a three-dimensional symbol of grounding and focus. Cubes are associated with the Earth element and correspond with the Root Chakra, but they also honor all four directions and cardinal elements. Cubes create a foundation and consolidate energy. They sit flat, no matter which side they’re placed on, holding their ground. Working with cubes helps you stay rooted, strong, and stable wherever you are. Wear this cube as jewelry or place it on your altar to remain grounded as you unbind yourself from the constraints of chronos time.

One (1) natural afghanite (about 0.25-0.5”) sourced from Afghanistan to symbolize kairos time. Afghanite is a rare mineral that got its name from where it was discovered: Afghanistan. It helps you let go of control and control issues, gives you the strength to face the unknown, and activates the Third Eye Chakra, opening your senses and making it possible to see the world fully as it is around you. This stone helps you gain clarity on and release your ‘problems,’ allowing the universe to help you see solutions. It encourages you to stand your ground and remember that personal limitations are only an illusion. This gem also helps you let go of any perceived limitations of time, reminding you there’s no need to rush yourself and your manifestations. One (1) natural golden healer danburite (about 0.25-0.5”) sourced from South Africa to symbolize kairos time. Danburite is called the Great Healer and brings divine compassion. It’s a Synergy 12 crystal, also known as the Stone of Enlightenment. Danburite is often worked with in body scanning to identify the root cause of pain and discomfort and remove energetic blockages and unwanted energies. It also helps you attune to and channel energies that support intuitive healing on behalf of others without draining your own life force. This perfume was handcrafted right here at SG Headquarters with notes of amber for warmth and inspiration, palo santo for cleansing and Source connection, vetiver for honor and wisdom, and cypress for wisdom and transformation. Each bottle is also infused with a hematite chip stone for added grounding and protection.

One (1) 6 oz intention candle for celebrating Yule and aiding your shift from chronos to kairos time. Candles are fire magic that transforms the room and mood. This candle was hand-poured right here at SG Headquarters with a dark teal-colored soy wax blend into a gorgeous titanium aura-treated dark gray and black-colored glass jar. It’s infused with notes of pine for invigoration and purification, cedar for protection and ancestral connection, black cardamom for meditation and higher realm connection, and amber for balance and centeredness. I’ve also infused this candle with a natural tanzanite for Third Eye activation and spirit guide connection and topped it with gold and silver-colored glitter and a clear quartz point for amplified magic.
