I created this blend with four calming and balancing herbs: White sage, lemon balm, lavender, and ashwagandha. White sage is a sacred herb that’s been used for centuries by elders to clear and consecrate space. The smoke of ceremonial white sage, in particular, is said to draw positive spirits and discourage the presence of any unwanted energy. Lemon balm is a calming herb that improves sleep, balances emotions, and lifts spirits. It’s also spiritually protective and helps dreamers process and recall their dreams and astral projections. Lavender represents tranquility, meditation, yin and yang, the Crown Chakra, levels of higher consciousness, and purification. It’s been used since ancient times and is most well-known for its restorative and balancing benefits.
