This offering was handmade by local Shipibo craftspeople in Peru and each one is uniquely carved with so much love and intention poured into each rattle. Our ancestors worked with rattles to move energy and to invoke the spirits of the ancestors during ceremonies and spiritual work. In healing ceremonies or circles, rattles are used as an accompanying instrument with the intention to restore those who need healing.
