Then these faceted teal obsidian spheres are for you; this your stone, as obsidian does that too – surrounding you with a shield of energy that keeps you safe and helps you FEEL safe while you do spiritual work.
Many of us have been taught not to feel, or at least not to feel so deeply. Traversing the deep waters of the soul can be difficult, impossible even. If you are courageous enough to do this work, stone allies like watery teal obsidian can be good guides and companions during the journey. And as you may know, I am a huge advocate of incorporating sphere power into ritual (spheres are special because they radiate energy in ALL directions, sending out a steady vibrational pulse).

Hold this stone while you meditate or do intuitive work. Hold it to your Throat Chakra for deep release and healing. You can also use it at the center point of an emotional healing or intuitive grid, since teal obsidian works both ways. Let its vibration support and nourish you. Release any unserviceable energies into the crystal and envision them being healed and scattered in all directions. Visualize them as they are projected up to Source to be repurposed for good.
