I find these little yoga frogs to be absolutely captivating. The instant I look at them, I feel a warm wave of calm wash over me. It’s as if their highly contemplative, deeply meditative state reflects onto me, and draws me into the same realm of grace.

I keep one on my desk as I work, and if I ever start to feel stressed, I just toss a quick glance to my little frog totem and I am instantly relieved. Sometimes, if I feel like I need an extra dose, I will pick one up and hold it in my hand, letting the ancient spirit of the frog enter me, and chill me out, like a cool mountain spring.
